Info Session about MBSR Program

Attending the 1 hour information session will give you a taste of what mindfulness is about. Also, it will provide you with an introduction to the science of mindfulness and benefits of the practice. It is open to all (anybody interested in mindfulness and those who have the intention to enroll in the 8-week Prenatal MBSR program).

  • What: Curriculum follows the evidence-based MBSR program for experiencing and understanding the foundations of mindfulness Details
  • When: TBA
  • Where: Live online meetings via Zoom (we aim to bring as much as possible of the in-person-class-experience to the online environment)
  • Teacher: Katarina Tabi - neuroscientist working in the area of mindfulness
  • Notes: In order to fully benefit from the program, you are encouraged to set aside 15 to 40 minutes for daily home-practice, in addition to the classes. MBSR classes are interactive and experiential.
